When Chris and I formed The North Star Team, we had some similarities in work style. And I think the biggest thing I would point to is our sincere desire not to sell a home, but to find somebody’s ideal situation. One thing I’d like to add to that is really generational and building wealth through real estate, making sure that the home is a right fit for them, but also showing our clients, friends and family how owning a home is the easiest way to build wealth over a longer period of time. We really roll our sleeves up. Yeah.
One of the benefits of working with Jeff and I and the North Star Team is access to our long list of vendors. And that’s anywhere from our top lenders in the area, top local lenders, title services, contractors, you name it. You name it, we have a contact for you. Everyone’s going to tell you that they care and I’m sure they do, but I think actions speak louder than words. Being a general resource of knowledge for anything real estate related.
That’s something I tell anybody, either a prospective client, past friends, past clients, things like that, like, hey, we’re not just here to help you sell or buy a house. We’re here to be a resource of knowledge for anything real estate related, homeowner related, investment related. But the reason I do it is not only because I love the knowledge that I can share with my clients, but also the happiness that I think they can find in finding their right situation and finding their home. And I just love that. It makes me feel like I contributed to somebody else’s life. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest milestones anybody can do. And for us to be a part of that, it’s fun. It’s a privilege. Yeah. A privilege to be a part of that.
It’s an honor and it’s quite possibly the biggest investment someone’s life. We take that responsibility very seriously. And our job’s not done until our clients are completely satisfied. The biggest compliment for us is when a past client calls us and asked for some advice. Whether it’s, “Hey, do you have a contractor for an issue”, or whether they’re looking to rebuy or resell, we’re really honored that they think of us.
