Chris and his team were instrumental in getting my condo sold at the asking price and in a very timely manner. I live in NJ and if I went to MD to oversee what was going on re: getting the condo sale ready, I would be require to quarantine before returning to NJ. As a result, I was not able to the on site to monitor and manage any repairs there were identified as needed. This is where Chris was able to handle that aspect and he also guided me on which of the items identified by the inspector as needing repair. Others were deemed to be cosmetic and not requiring and changes. Chris had access to specialists, eg. plumbers, electricians, carpenters, etc. which made me very comfortable. Chris was always available to answer my questions. I would be highly likely to recommend Chris to any of my friends in the area.
