Everybody good afternoon. Chris Stumbroski here from the North Star Team, Keller Williams Legacy and Hopping around Baltimore today, showing some properties and I just stopped in Waverly area, the Waverly neighborhood of Baltimore. I’m standing on what used to be the Memorial Stadium for any of you true Baltimore folks who may remember that. But it’s since transformed into an amazing mixed-use community, which is really still under construction, as you can kind of see back there. Going to be some apartments, condos, retail space. They’re really transforming the area just east of John Hopkins Homewood Campus here.

But anyway, I wanted to touch base. The real estate market is on fire right now guys. Buyers got to be locked and loaded, ready to make that offer, make it a strong offer, minimal contingencies. Sellers are selling within a matter of days, sometimes hours, for over list price and it’s just a crazy market. And what I’m getting at is it really makes a difference with who you team up with in this market, whether it be the real estate agent, lender, title company, you really need to interview. Do your due diligence. Work with a team like us, the North Star Team, that has resources and can really guide you to a win-win situation in this competitive market.
